We are 3 chefs' collective
3 Chefs’ Collective offers a unique and aesthetic dining experience in an historic New England setting. We are an ‘underground’ supper club hosted in a private home 10 minutes outside of Providence, RI, with 2 dining rooms and 16 seats (and a chef's kitchen table for 2 and outdoor patio for 6 in season). In the spirit of sharing a passion for food and experiences, we invite you to join us and partake in a seasonal menu based on our 3 namesake chefs’ current obsessions. Enjoy an elaborate meal with all the comforts of home minus the washing up.
At 3 Chefs' Collective you may be assured that:
- We make everything from scratch. Unless otherwise noted our pastas, pickles, bread and charcuterie are homemade.
- We will serve you what we are interested in eating now: the meal is a reflection of a personal sensibility, not what we think will sell well.
- We research local sources for our ingredients.
- We invite collaboration from other artists: culinary, musical and visual.
